| I don't know that, but you can brush them on a new layer, and then rotate the layer. |

Rotate... I don't think so.
But you could try ticking the `Flip X Jitter - Flip Y Jitter` boxes in the brush options box> shape dynamics. F5
Or..... click once in a new layer with your brush, then rotate it using edit> transform> rotate. Make a square selection around it and edit>define brush preset to make a new brush. |
