Sources from motherboard manufacturers in Taiwan have informed Digi Time that Intel will reduce price of their Pentium D-900 Series processors up to 50% of what the prices are at the moment.
The reason for this is to speed up the dual-core processor consument. The changes is said to be the following:
New prices for Intel dual-core processors (US$)
Model: Current Prices: Price after the 23rd April:
D950 $637 $316
D940 $423 $241
D930 $316 $209
D920 $241 $209 |

| That's great news. I think AMD64 is taking too much market at the time, so Intel had to make this dramatical change of price. |

They are some very very good prices now. |
