Our football team had photos taken, the original camera mans digital camera didnt work, so i had to take it with my camera phone, not very good tbh, is it possible to make the image better?

Personally I would fiddle about with the Brightness/contrast in Photoshop,
upping the contrast a tad to get rid of some of the fogging, and lowering the brightness so that the sky doesn't burn out much. If you find that lowering the brightness makes it too dark, then perhaps its worth considering cropping the image, so that you don't see any sky.

I'm no pro by any means, so take my advice with a pinch of salt.
