I can't use colors anymore, if I select a color, it will show as gray scale on my image, how can I get my colors back?

info: Today my photoshop did somethin weird tho, maybe that's the problem?
I suddenly had to choose which colorpalette I was going to use, europe, usa,... before it never asked me that. And it look is a bit diff than before, maybe it was an update? which caused my colors to fade to gray on any image? or maybe I used a wrong layer? help!!

nope, you've just opened up your image in greyscale. When you open up an image or make a new file, make sure to check you've chosen RGB color and not greyscale.
