What do you actually need to know?

... How to left click and click save as?..
Or how to add a flower three times with a chunk of a white circle and once again just a bit smaller with a lower opacity?

okay, make a new layer (call it white .. ctrl + shift + n). first you need to make that white color. Do that by using the circular marque selection tool. Then hit invert (shift + i), press d (to reset your colors), press x (switch background to forground color), hit alt + backspace (fills your selection).

Make a new layer, ctrl + shift + n (call it opacity white).
Do the same as before (use your own picture for reference). Change the the opacity of your layer named "opacity white" to 50% i suppose.

3. Find a picture of a flower you want to use, paste it (first ctrl + c to copy - then ctrl + v to paste (or save it on your computer and load it).
Make sure you've pasted it into a lnew layer named (flower). Now, if your not satisfied with the color of the flower, dublicate your layer (ctrl + j). Change the layer blending option to overlay then hit ctrl +b and play around with the midtones, shadows and highlights. After that you can try different blending options, or turn down the opacity of the layer.
Now emerge theese to layer, highlight them (hold down shift + click them) and hit ctrl + e.
Dublicate this layer (ctrl + j) and move it (v), change the opacity drastically. Dublicate again, move, change opacity even more (almost 0)

As for the background, make a new layer and move it down to the bottom in your layers palette (click, hold and drag). Get out your gradient tool (in the same category as the paintbucket in your tools menu (G)).
Click the color scheme you see in the top left of your window. Change the colors to/from a black - brown - creamy brown - lighter - to a white.
Set mode to radial (at least I think .. done in the top right corner as well) and start your coloring behind that flower that is most visible.

Your done! I know it's a bit so and so, but if you know a little about photoshop, you should be able to manage. Sorry for me being a bit crampy yesterday, wasn't feeling very well at that time. Anyways, good luck!

I would change the background though, the quality is very poor if you ask me ..
