Hey guys,

I am learning how to turn a simple image in to vector shape. (Not sure what it's called).

I have never used illustratot before but with help if this tutorial I have managed to get it work so far. Here is the link to that tutorial-->http://www.layersmagazine.com/when-vector-meets-photo.html

Every thing went fine since i been using photoshop for quite some time now but I can't find way out of one thing. In this tutorial if you see lips and eyes and overall every tracing, it's very smooth but when I am doing it, it's coming out zig zagy. I am using pen tool for tracing image.

Can someone please tell me how to get that smoothness in tracing or point me to some tutorial???

Easy mr or mss kmria. Im not shure what you need, but I gess you need to learn about the pen tool.
try this: clik with the pen tool somewhere and move the mouse with the left button clicked. that gonna give you a curved line.
