Does anyone have a droplet or a procedure for making a photo look like the one featured on this Sopranos HBO website? Stunning effect. I can't quite replicate it!

Ok i use this colour effect myself sometimes.


Once you have your photo-layer look to the bottom and click on

new adjustment layer --> colour balance.

go through all the options slightly adding more blue to the image.

Or another way is the use the curves adjustment

new adjustment layer --> curves

and selcet the blue tab and play around with that.

thanks for your reply but this isn't about colour. it's about turning the image into something that looks more illustrated.
