Alright, so I've run into a problem this morning on a machine here at work. When I go right click on any drive on the computer (all local, no network drives), and go to properties, nothing opens up. There is no error message, no firewall alert, etc. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks in advance for all your help.

Drives are working normally?

Are you logged on as an administrator or limited user? What OS are you using?

Drives work just fine. Properties of my computer and all subdirectories of drives work just fine, it's just the properties of the drives themselves. I am logged in with the admin account. OS is Windows Server 2003. Re-boot does fix the problem, but that still doesn't solve the issue of what causes it (which is the real issue regarding a server, I can't be rebooting it all the time obviously). Thanks again for any help.

This is beyond me. It's obviously some problem with your windows I just don't know what. Try checking you registry with something like registry mechanic, that might fix the problem.

If you don't have any other problems you could just ignore this, but back up your files.
