How do i make and a exactly High and witdt? ex by using Rounded Rectangle Tool?

Select rounded rectangle tool. In the main toolbar you will see a downwards-facing arrow icon (hover-over shows 'Geometry Options'. I hope you can find this - it is next to the custom shape tool.)

If you click on this arrow the third option down says 'Fixed size' and you can just type in your height and width dimensions.

Select the object and press ctrl+t, you should see the stats for the picture in the upper bar. You can change those numbers.
