Is it possible to change a 2D picture to tilt it away from yourself to make it look like a different viewing angle.
The effect i'm trying to get is a picture that I like hanging on a wall which I am not directly facing. I'm not sure how clear I am being here. If you dont understand let me know and i'll try and explain a bit better.

Use the Perspective Tool.
Edit > Transform > Perspective |
