I am new to photoshop and I would like to do some photo composition. For instance, I have an image of someone diving in a pool and I would like to give the illusion that the person is diving in a cup o coffee. The colors of the two pictures are differents, i would like to know how to add them together and make it look like it is a real picture. I hope I have been clear for everyone.
Thank you all |

i personly would use the polygonal lasso tool to cut out the diver then add him to the cup of coffee image by copy and paste it may be a good idea to find a image of a diving board just to add to it so hes not just jumping out of the air.
i would then add a little gaussian blur and a little movmant blur to the diver leyer to blend him in to the image a little dont forget shadows to if hes by the rim of the cup or above the coffee using the burn tool a little to add a shadow will work well me thinks
there may be a better way but i would do it this way and it should work fine
