Hi guys.

I hope you can help with a problem I have. I’m making a new site and I’d like to incorporate some Javascript functionality to do the following.

I’d like to have a news pane which initially shows only the first 2-3 lines of the text with the rest of the text hidden. I’d like to have a “read more” button that expands the box when clicked to show all of the news text.

I’ve included some images of what I’d like to achieve to hopefully show what I mean better.

I’ve not got much experience in Javascript so if someone could point me towards a script or tutorial, I’d be very grateful.
