Okay i am following this tutorial. http://tu-torial.com/view_tut.php?id=225

to make a 3d cube and add logos on it, however when i use 3d transform they are either being made pure white so somehow i cant see them, or they are just not being made.

I created a new doccument like it says 600 X 600 (now then i don't know what DPI means it says i set my display to 72dpi) maybee thats where im going wrong, but when i create the new layer and make a box now matter how many i make, or how i rotate them they will not create.

any help would be great.

-also 100 posts woo-

Your DPI is your resolution. And I can't seem to find the 3D transform tool/filter in CS3 Ext.

I searched for the problem online and infact its on the cd under extras or w/e under filters... and you can install it to cs3... ill give you a link to a website with the extention.

http://www.freeflashmenu.com/3dtransform.htm

you can download the extention from there.

hmmmmm okay ive fixed it now, did you install into cs3 or what? im using cs2 i think...

apparently when you draw the box and you can rotate it... you have to rotate it like 180 degresse untill you see the other side witch is shaded in, and then it renders... not very good but it works =D wooo

I put it into my filters folder like it said, but I'm just going to use Illustrator for the 3D stuff, I find it works pretty good.
