Hi Guys,

I've just setup a blog (non commerical) for photoshop makeovers. I've got a submit your own and gallery tutorials that sort of stuff on there but its only been going for about a week and I need to locate some images to touch up that I wont get told off for using!

Has anyone got any ideas how to find some? If i have to pay then ill do that but i dont want to spend loads of money on a non commercial website.

hmm, i would say the only way to do that would be take pictures of people yourself, that way you own the photos, i dunno about googles images and things , like if they are free to use for your own personal site.. but you would have to look into it.

I very much doubt you would get in any trouble for using certain images IF your not making any money of them, but you obviously cant use profeesinal models like, Dolce And Gabbana, Nike, Duffs, etc.

You are best off taking your own photos. Just get some friends and family to pose for some shots and snap a couple off. Don't worry about quality since you are going to be editing them anyway - the worse off the original photo is the better it will look edited.

Everystockphoto.com has a lot of images that you're free to use. Some are attributed licensed but that's about it.

If yo uare doing more than just fixing up colour but actually editing an image beyond it looking like it's original, it is legally yours Razz
But any "free stock" images are free to use.

Checkout, MorgueFile.com. This is a good resource that I use. Most of the images can be used for anything except resale.

Also checkout http://www.sxc.hu
This is another favorite of mine, as most people are totally fine with you using their images. If they are not, it will tell you on their page.

Hope that helps.
