Select the object you want to copy and rotate. Go to Object Menu > Transform > Rotate, type in the angle of rotation you want, and click the 'Copy' button. It will then leave the original object in the same place, and add a rotated copy to your drawing. If you need to rotate and copy objects with the same rotation several times, you can set it up as an action. Go to the Actions panel, hit the record button, and then copy and rotate one of your objects via the previously described method. Then click the stop button on the Actions panel, and now you can just click the action everytime you want to do it. You can also set up a keystroke (Ctrl+R or F2, etc.) to the action, so all you have to do is enter the keystroke everytime you want to do the rotation. Hope this helps!
