| Okay, I have a document sized 23 cm H and 17 cm W. Need to get it 20 cm x 20 cm. How?????? |

Edit > Transform > Scale.
You'll then see the propositions at the top, just below the "File"-, "Edit"-, "Image"- and so on buttons. |
