Sounds like fun but it should be secret, so when you get over a 100 posts you get an email telling you about it (perhaps).

Haha, naahh... I don't think that's a really good idea, the only thing that would happen is that we''ll have two Off Topic sections, and that will just be annoying.

But I do like the idea with sending emails. To prevent spam, I will do a function that only makes it possible to add signatures when you're a 100+ poster, so I think sending a PM to the user and thank him/her for posting, and write the ability to add signature (and if there will be more features available then).
