3.4Ghz it is running air cooling too.
I have seen slightly higher (4.4Ghz) with air cooling but for a newbie overclocker I am happy.
Should see my bench mark scores too compared to some other guys in another forum I use.
Some benches Graphics card at 682/783
3d mark 03, 20699 - 3d mark 05, 11277 - 3d mark 06, 6320

ASUS P5WD2E-Premium | Intel Pentium 950 dual core @4.3Ghz | Artic Freezer Pro7 | 2x1gb OCZ Gold 5400
2x74gb RAPTORS in Raid 0 ATI X1900 XT | FSP Sparkle 600W | 5.1 Creative X-Fi

I oughta get back into overclocking as well, imo 2.19GHz isn't that great

Very good.
I overclocked once my Celeron from 2400 MHz to 2424. I had to do that because it worked better that way - I had very bad RAM.
