I think youre on the right track idad but try instead of filter>stylize>find edges which i assume you did there, start with fresh "M" Stylize>glowing edges. reduce size, increase smoothness and then add other filters??
It's possible the effects were done with some 3rd party filters we don't have installed.

I am curious, the image that OP uploaded originally was that an actual photo, taken with a camera or phone? It is really hard to understand what is needed from that picture.

Also, the "black thing"...if you cant get the shadow right on the embossed effect just go in there with the pencil and add it. Same thing with the reflections. Tedious, I know

bro i just need another small help to finish my work. in this attached image cud u plz put those white brush stroked like in the original scanned image i posted? i tried a lot but cudnt put small white brush strokes. cheers guys

something like this,correct? it would be easier if you saved your png files with a transparent background or none at all. edges need cleaning (refine)
