A4 file - client can't open

Hi,

I am tryig to send an illustrator cs2 file (A4 one side is about 10mb the other around 40MB). I send them fine but he is saying there is nothing on the file just a load of bumph about Adobe Acrobat reader??

Whats going on? If I save the fiel in a lower illustrator ie 8, its makes the file go from 10mb to about 60mb??

What should/ can I do???

Any solutions ASAP would be great

What format are you sending it in?

Have you tried making a PDF?
