Adobe Streamline 4.0??

I just got a copy of Streamline to trace line art. Thing is I use a new intel mac and when I try and install the software it says that my platform cant support the software. Is it because I have an intel mac and streamline is quite old? If so can I get an emulation programme or patch or something?? I would use the illustrator trace function but its not very comprehensive and as I only have cs its not the best. Any ideas??
