another question on photoshop with video

how do they do that at 48 seconds with the red stuff and then move the demensions like that.

looks to me like most of the first one was the liquify filter.

on the second one the red area is a quick-mask selection (hit q on your keyboard, paint with b/w, then hit q again and it uses your strokes to create a selection) with a free transform (ctrl+T) to warp/distort the image.

when i press control t it then selects the whole image and the part highlighted and i cant change it at all its just marhcing ants

right click after hitting ctrl+t and select one of the options in there. Warp is what i think he was using primarily.
