Assistance with extracting text from image using photoshop

Could anyone help me with reading the text listed in this image, or offer any tips on how to extract the text.

In this project, you will have a chance to demonstrate both your understanding of the course material and your own creativity. Your goal is simply to read this text. The longer (correct) text you submit the higher your xxxx will be beings.

(the last little bit must be wrong)

Try fiddling with contrast, warping and sharpening.

Awsome I'm tinkering with it now. I can read all of the text with the exception of the last line. I'm really at a loss as to how I would clean up the last line since it looks like a glob of ink.

That's all I could make out, sorry. The last word looks sort of like lollipops?

Try running it through a flatbed scanner with text recognition software.

I believe the last line starts "Of course,"
