Sometimes pictures look great but they're not photoshopped. A great picture starts with a great photographer and I'm guessing the original was photographed by a profession who realized that the light hitting the wave brought out the greens in it. Although it can be done in photoshop without much difficulty simply my masking the appropriate areas and fiddling with hue/saturation, that photo that you took is a bit blurry so the effect won't come out as nice.

If you create a new layer and set its blend mode to color then all you would need to do is color the area you want green on the top layer and it would change the color of the bottom layer to green in those parts.

Hi hanbbae and welcome!
Well, I agree with zipykido about the photo being a bit blurry. That, of course, makes it harder to work with. I did give it a try however and you can see the results by clicking here.

I duplicated the original layer and used a selective color adjustment layer on the duplicate. I set the Colors menu at the top to "Whites" and lowered the Magenta slider to make the water green. Since that also made the water in the background a little greenish, I used a layer mask to bring the blue color back in there. You may prefer to just skip that part of the edit. Hope this helps.

Try changing the levels around. It might give the photo the look of better lighting.
