Big forum update

I've recoded the forum with some new functions. If you can find any errors, please post them here so I can fix them.

Updates:

* Show number of new posts since last visit on forum index, like this: View posts since last visit (17)

* Improved code make forums faster to load

* Showing 'Who's Online' -box on forum index

* Showing online users today in the 'Who's Online' -box on forum index

* Fixed dates to show today/yesterday

* Fixed PHP highlighting, the BB code [.PHP][./PHP] is now working (without the . (dots))

* Organge colors will show for forums with new posts in

* Removed the SOLVED-function, it will be imporived and included in the next version

I have a better script that you can put on the domain of the site. Why not put a chat box instead of a shout out box on the bottom of the site. If you want to know please pm and I can explain and give reference.
