I know im being a pain and this is probably the wrong place to ask but how do u create the cool backgrounds?

lol,
if u want me to go through it i will,

-quickly render his head and shoulders
-duplicate the layer about 10 times
-smudge first 2 layers
-then use the followinf feature
---waterpaper
---patchwork
---ripple(small)
---motion blur behind the head
-then mess around with the layers options
-start to brush behind the head
-then use grunge brushes to brush ove rhis shoulders
-add borders
-add and duplicate text
---------------- thats basically it, quite alot to take in
