Hey dude, check out the tutorial page, i wrote one for maknig borders, it is extremely open to any changes you wanna make, it is just the sequence to create a border, no matter what filter you choose for you border. Anyway, if you had somthing particular in mind, let us know, we are more than capable and willing to help you out.

lol ta m8 av tried da 1 b4 n cudn du it iv wrkd out me own way ov doin it i ment borders for like sigs n stuff al i du iz paint a border round da edge n juz mess about wiv buttonz 2 make it luk gd

Wow a new member asks a completely honost question and we shun him away, shame on us, no matter how terrible is leet/garble is....
Yeah, i know what you are meaning, like a metal boarder more? Use the straight lasso and make a selection, use a color w/bevel, or a color with chrome effect. That's how i've seen it done.
(you are a little hard to understand, just because you can type it faster, doesn't mean we can read it faster, and to be honost, if we can't read it, we don't wanna anwser it. For future reference)
