I love the effect created, there's alot of similar wallpapers with the same effect and I was hoping how someone could teach me the effect, it's the white glow sort of effect.

well i can't teach you myself, i am not good enough smiling... ... however...

i can point you the direction...

here talking about neon/glow/light effects .... and basically what being done is
outlining there object and then apply neon and glow effects... of course different ways to do this....

now this is a group of tutorials on the subject....... and there several i think that would apply to the image you enquire about...
