Completely photoshop :)

Iv never seen a tut on it thers some on vectors so maybe applying those to cars?

I wouldnt no how to write a tut on this i just "do it"

I love its smoothness! Looks like an ice cream GT :D A little bit detail in the headlights leaving the rest as it is, would make it perfect!

I'd work on the gradient of the number plate a little it looks to fake.
