Changing Font

okay i just got photoshop, and i wanted to know if there is a way to change a font that is on another pic.like i have a pic of a the Dip Set Byrd, and acroos it, it has Diplomats over it in their special font, i wanted to know if there is a way to put my name there instead of it saying Diplomats. i will provide a pic
