connection between two sites

hello everybody,

can anyone please help me ?

I have a query let me explain it

" i have a site(www.abc.com) from this site is i want to access another site(www.xyz.com) and access html files ,update the content and save it to the site at www.xyz.com from www.abc.com

is it possible through php

Do you use the same server for the different sites? In that case, you should just be able to use the fopen commands like it's on the same site. Just change CHMOD to 755 and they server is allowed to change the files.

matter is that what you know ,you can share the solution .

i got the solution through using of ftp function you can also try it as it will

increase the knowledge.

No i read all ,

but the point is that it is giving me ideas for development ,

it is really good forum ,my point is that my name and site name is same

is not the matter ,but it helps up that is the main point

yes i have same server , and i have all site's username ,password

actually i want to develop a system like site builder .

so i connected th both sites using ftp functions and i get the files as well

as i can upload the files using script using ftp function

Any way can you tell me "why rss is used and how it is used "

Go to www.hotscripts.com search for: ftp
in the PHP section, scroll down below the Yellow ads and you will find free scripts. Study the source of theese scripts and edit them to fit your needs.
