I have a form set up on a website but the client seems to have trouble reading the output in outlook.

They see all the html code as well as the results and as you could imagine, its not as easy to read. It works fine at my end in webmail and thunderbird and I think even entourage. They said they played around with outlook to get it to display html emails but no luck and Im not very familiar with outlook.

Can anyone set me off in the right direction to make a form without all the fancy html formatting?

You can have an option for the user to choose between plain text and html. I don't see what's the problem here.
