convert psd to vector

I have a logo for my business that is in psd format. I getting vinyl decals printed and they said the need a vector file. How can i convert it to a vector file? Its all text with one clip art image. would i have to convert the image and text separately?

you'll need a vector program

Just open it in ai and save the file as a ai file...... should do it

..vectormagic is a rough option.. for precise results should be done manually by hand redraw.. I've used once image2vector ..and the result was precise.. and it's cheap
