Convert this JS

I am not familiar with JS, and I need to understand this class in this link:

Can somebody help to convert this js file to Java or C# ?

That js class is fairly easy to read, but i'm not fluent in java at all.

converting to java would probably be the easiest choice..

tried finding you an automated converter, but couldn't find one in 5 minutes of googling, sorry.
