Converting MAX to 3DS

Hi guys,
I have just purchased a model from Evermotion to use in a recent animation. However when I downloaded the file it came in .MAX, whereas I need this file in 3DS. Can anyone be kind enough to convert this 40mb model for me please? All I need is your email address and I can send it via yousendit.
