Hi all,

Im a begginer when it comes to SEO, We have a website its http://www.propertysalespana.com and i've started posting back links to the site on relevant blogs and link exchanges etc...but i'm not to sure about how to optimize the actual website its self like keywords, different help pages say different things, some say things like boldtext helps....what would you suggest people on how i could start to optimize my page. Basically my targeted keywords are areas in which we are wanting to sell property. Incase your all thinking we should spend money on it we are skint and we have only just started up. Thanks to anyone in advance for help and if someone is an expert and helps me to a certain degree then i will put a link on the website for them as a way to say thank you for helping

WEB pages have a "keywords" meta tag, but to the best of my knowledge this meta tag is pretty much ignored by search engines. Words in "title" meta tag would be used as key words, those need to be duplicated within the text of the page. Alt text in images will be used as keywords. Theoretically any text within the actual body of the page would be indexed and used as a keywords, as far as I've seen so far keywords are picked randomly and somehow completely useless stuff gets picked...I would love to know how to get the right words from page text selected by SE.

your best bet is to use the bold code and h1 and 12 tags convert all of your html color text to css. The meta tags help but use a meta tag analyzer to check your keyword density

Learn basics of SEO. Know the importance of H1, Meta, Title, Bold tags before proceeding to add it into your web pages. Just go through some valuable scraps/blogs of SEO to groom yourself.

Keyword Tool should be taken with a grain chosse possible keywords about which you would want to make an informed choice as the person who knows the most about your site and business...
