creating a nice bground

hi guys..could you plz browse this website : free.avg.com/download-update (u may also put the http at front). for me, the background is quite interesting..can somebody here help me how to create that such bground. i mean, no matter how long a page is, the bground color is still produce the same pattern, which is dark blue at the top, and white at the bottom. Thanx 4 your help..

it is a gradient made in a photo editing program or similar, and is set as the background with the lightest colour made into the background colour in the code.
That way when the gradient eventually runs out, it still matches the colour.
The image of the gradient is simply set as background and repeat-x to repeat across and not up and down the page.
