Creating Layers and flattening

Postby photography916 on Thu Oct 05, 2006 3:58 am

I am new and know this might make me look like an idiot but if I don't ask how will I learn?

I want to know how to cut a section from one layer and paste onto another?

I have bought books but just don't seem to explain in laymans terms I understand.

I apologize if this was a bonehead question

Thanks in advance
