Hello! I'm brand new to this forum. I have photoshop CS3 Extened portable & am having a difficult time installing plug-ins. Does anyone know if the portable version can use plug-ins?
If so, is there a way to add my plug-ins so that both my CS3 and paintshop pro can access them from the same file?
