custom shapes

I was using Photoshop Elements from one computer and they had TONS of custom shapes, however, now that I'm on this other computer, which has Photoshop CS2, I don't have half as many.

I am looking for the toon animal shapes, and am wondering how I can get them. If they come with elements, should it come with the full version as well?

When you select your shape ther should be a little blue or with an arrow in in the top corner, click it and look for something like "load all shapes" its along those lins and i think that includes the animals

I don't think it does. I think you might have to download them. I've done as C@L says before and I've never seen such shapes ..
Try search google for them if their not there.
