Desperate for help. Are these real?

Guys,

I'm really in a jam. I can't get into specifics, but I'm turning to this board for help from you photoshop experts. I need to know if the following images are real or if they are photoshopped.

I can tell the one image has been doctored to blur the computer screen in the background, but that is not my concern. I'm trying to date when these photos were taken. So, please let me know if you can tell if the newspaper in the picture has been photoshopped into the pictures or if it is really there.

Not sure about the first one (newspaper) but they look fairly real.

The first one is questionable. The shadowing is corect, but I can't tell if thebottom right edge of the paper has been edited to fit on the rack or if it is stuck between the shelf and frame. I can 't sharpen it up enough to make any more out of it. The others look real. Looking at them on the web without access to the actual jpg makes it almost impossible to tell for sure. Sorry can't help any more than that.

I htink their real .. but why is there a shadow on the right side of the newspaper (middle) in the first picture? Light is comming from above/right ?

Sorry this is late. The photos are indeed real. None of the images have been doctored, or if they have, the metadata has been altered as well. They were all taken on Monday, August 21 2006 between 4:28 and 4:33 pm with a Kodak Easyshare DX4530 camera. A flash was used in all 3 photos, which probably explains the harsh shadows.

What the metadata does not indicate is any use of editing software. If Photoshop had been used, the metadata would normally show it.

the photos are not real, the 1st one has a straight edge at the bottom which is fake, the 2nd one looks good but the creases in the cushons are not correct, also the 3rd one there is a shadow on the left hand side which should not be there.
