DevPPL 500 Error (Internal)

Postby rangana on Fri Sep 19, 2008 12:29 am

The board is having problems when code is being added to post.

I recieve an internal error (500) when I added session _ start()

Remove the space in between the underscore.

I'm talking about the PHP code session _ start().

...of course remove the space between the underscore.

Hope that makes sense. I'm still getting it.

I don't know how difficult is it to reproduce at your end webmaster, but I have 100% reproduciblity rate for this.

Try to make a response (post reply) and add session _ start().

Of course, make it the real PHP code for starting a session. Remove the space between the underscore.

Then submit....

Hope that make sense.

Is this an error you often get when you click "Reply" in forum threads?

Okay, I'll see what I can do about it, I've never seen it, but I'll try to simulate it.

Please let me know if you are having difficulty reproducing it.

I'll take a screenshot at my end if that would help.

...but I think it would'nt since "500 server error" means a lot already.

Here's the basic steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reply to this thread
2. Type session(underscore)start
