Can anyone make pictures like the one below? I'm not good at photoshop but this girl told me thats how you make them. I wanted to make one of Travis Richter so if anyone knows how please let me know! thanks

well you could do that with the drawing tool in photoshop under filter and brush strokes and mess around with thous settings...

Look yeah lalalogic gave you some links on how to do it and you were not interested.

You were impaciant from the start, you started complaining 2 hours after your first post just cos nobody had replyed yet.

You cannot expect people to just do things for you for nothing, thats not what this forum is for it is a place were you can come for some help and advice so you learn how to do it yourself oh and share your intresting life a little if you have one. haha

In the past people on this forum have done thing for free, but with your attitude from the start I really cannot see why anybody would want to help you.
