I need some program that can read text from images and then edit that text using the same font.

Well I do not think this exists. If this would have, then spambots could have easily craved out the emails from the images.

There are OCR programs that can read text from images - (search download.com for: ocr)

But changing the image... I don't think it could do that.


Maybe there are some other solution to your problem, what is it that you want to achive?
