Domain Name, Host & internet email client

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a company/product that I can buy a new domain name through and have hosting with and an internet email client.

I want to set up an internet email client so i can check myname@myurl.com from work using the webas well using outlook when i get home.

I've tried checking squirell mail but have no idea how that works and it doesn't explain it very well.
