Postby Sammo346 on Wed Oct 13, 2010 4:59 pm

Hi guys, i see your all experienced with graphics so i thought id make this post to get ur opinion on some of my work :)

Sorry but the size of this pic was way too big for the site so theres the direct link =)An average page from my school planner =)

The top two were done in Photoshop while in 500% zoom with 1 pixel brush, the thrid one was done with a gel pen in a random page of my planner =) It takes around an hour and a half to do something like the top two, but when its something serious or if its for someone else then it might take up to a week. All of what i do it totally original because i make it up as i go along and so far i havent saw many pictures with the same style, though i would like to for inspiration =)

Sorry i cant upload anymore but other things im working on are for a clothing company called DeadNote, and even they havent saw them yet =P

I would love it for any of you to comment and give your opinion, it would really help me. Tell me what you like, dislike or what you would like to see. Ideas welcome

If anyone thinks this would be better suited in another part of the forum please say ;)

Love this kind of Art. So much to look at it keeps your eyes going all over the place. Now lets see you break the mold and do something on multiple layers....while still not getting lost in everything going on. I would love to see this done in multiple perspectives. that would separate you from the crowd!

Much talent....keep it going and try and expand on it...try different mediums...try larger canvases...Like a billboard....then spend the cash and get it put up there for people to see with your contact info and see how fast you become the man!!

Stop calling it doodling too....cause your doodling is worth paying for. its a style...and if you keep calling it a doodle, you put that perspective in peoples mind when they are thinking about getting you to do work. Your a damn artist....get it straight! lol
Awesome!
