Hmm...

the result definitely put out something dreamish...
Although I do like exagurated contrast, this is a little too much ^^... I guess It would be nicer if you had a smooth sky, and had that grungy grains put at the bottom; representing rough soil.... I'm missing the clouds....

I like the colors and the image, but I have a personal bias against noise, I never think it looks good, so I think the sky would look better smooth as well but that's just my personal preference.
