Edit a flash document - No content in frame

Postby viathan on Wed Aug 30, 2006 5:45 pm

I am trying to edit a flash site but I am new to flash and have a couple of problems. I have the flash document up in Flash Professional 8 and I figured out how to edit the text and picture content in most of the frames. If you look at the first picture I included you can see that on the right side, for some reason, there is no content being shown. The second picture is the movie that I exported to be uploaded onto my site; this has the content that I want to edit. Also the center pictures are not showing up. The site is set up so that if you click on the images on the right they will appear full size in the middle.

Why are the pictures not showing up in my Flash program? Can anyone help me out on how to get the content to show up so I can take out the print, download and send ecard buttons along with change the pictures to my work?

Like I said, I am new to all this so if you could explain it in detail that would help me out allot. Thanks!

I assume you're using a template

The code to load the pictures is executed at runtime, not while it's uncompiled and not running in the flash authoring app. If you've got MSN or AIM add me and I'll walk you through it as I can't see how the stuff is being loaded. Check my profile and add me on either of them and I'd be happy to help.
