Entrance exam

Hello,

I am a teacher, and I am making an online entrance exam. I used existing free code as a starting point. I made some progress, but am stuck. I had assumed our web developer would be able to help me out, but he can't. I would like to hire someone for what I think would take 1-2 hours for an experience javascript programmer.
