So what you actually do is order some Mb's at your place, and at the end of the month you see how many Gb's of bandwidth you've used, and THAT's what you pay for?

it's a little bit different. We pay for dedicated server plans which include a big bandwidth allocation that we're paying even if we use it ore not.
